    We inform that the Government of the Republic of Serbia made a decision for abolition of visas, on October 6, 2017, according of which citizens of the Republic of Indonesia, holders of ordinary passports, can enter, transit and stay on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, for 30 days the longest, from the date of entrance, in a period of one year, if there are no any other interferences according to Article II of the Law on Foreigners. The decision is published in “the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia ” No: 90/2017 on 06.10.2017, and becomes effective as from 14.10.2017.

   Citizens of the Republic of Indonesia, holders of ordinary passports, who wish to enter and stay in the Republic of Serbia for a period longer then 30 days, or to study, live, work, or to deal with media activities or any other activities, they are obliged to apply for visa before they enter Republic of Serbia. In case they want to enter Republic of Serbia, and they have already stayed for 30 days without visa, from the date of enter in the Republic of Serbia in a period of one year, according to the Decision of the Government, for their next enter in the Republic of Serbia they must apply for visa.
