Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia in the Republic of Cyprus, Marko Blagojevic, attended a Medal Award ceremony for military members of the UN Mission in Cyprus (UNFICYP), held on 28th February 2019, at the UN Headquarters in the Buffer zone, on the territory of the former Nicosia airport.

UN Special Envoy and UN Mission in Cyprus, Ms Elizabeth Spehar and Commander of the Military Forces, major-general Sheril Pearce, awarded Medal for participation in multinational operations soldiers from the contingents of Argentina, Great Britain and Slovakia, as well as soldiers from the Mission Command, among whom Dusko Adamovic, a member of the Army of the Republic of Serbia.
